In divorce and custody matters, we offer individual sessions before any joint meetings, so each person feels fully heard.
All correspondence, documents, and meetings are conducted in English. Thai-language court filings are handled directly by our counsel.

Family law matters are not administrative transactions. The people who come to us are dealing with significant personal change, and they deserve counsel who recognises that. We take time in every interaction to understand what the client actually needs — which is sometimes different from what they initially ask for.
Pricing that reflects the scope of the work
Our service fees are stated clearly on our website. The fee for marital agreement drafting begins at 3,600 THB. Divorce proceedings begin at 14,200 THB. Child custody arrangements begin at 14,800 THB. These fees cover the core legal work for each engagement as described — and we discuss any additional costs, such as court filing fees, before they arise.
We do not have a minimum billing unit that charges you for a two-minute phone call. We bill for the work required to serve your matter well, explained clearly in advance.

In child custody matters, we offer the option of a quiet, age-appropriate conversation with the children themselves — about their preferences for their daily life, their school, their relationships. This input informs the parenting plan without placing any obligation or pressure on the children.
Multi-jurisdiction document coordination
Where a marital agreement or custody arrangement needs to be recognised in a country other than Thailand, we coordinate directly with partner counsel abroad to ensure the documentation meets the requirements of both jurisdictions. This is not a service most Bangkok family law practices offer as standard.
